Important Update: 2020 Fire Protection’s Banking Details Are Changing
If you’re one of our clients, please read this before your next payment run.
From 1 July 2026, 2020 Fire Protection Pty Ltd is moving its banking to Westpac. If you currently pay us via our Commonwealth Bank account, that account will close permanently within three months, and payments sent to it after that point may not reach us.
What you need to do
Update your accounts payable records with the new BSB and account number before your next payment to us. If you’ve got recurring payments or scheduled transfers set up, this is the one to update first.
A word on payment redirection scams
Fake “we’ve changed our bank details” letters are one of the most common invoice scams out there, so we understand if this update makes you want to double-check before you act and we’d genuinely rather you did. If you want to verify these details before updating your records, call our Accounts Department directly on 1300 340 210. Don’t rely on a phone number or email address that arrived with a bank-change request; call the number you already have on file for us or find it independently via our website.
