Office fit outs create a need for fire protection modifications as the equipment installed is custom designed for each space.

For example, sprinkler heads, smoke detectors, hose reels and fire extinguishers have specific spacing guidelines required by the building code and Australian Standards.

As a result of these spacing requirements, changes to wall positioning, paths of travel, ceiling types and new obstructions may trigger the need to modify the fire protection system layout.

Fit outs can be designed prior to tender by specialist engineers and have us quote the works; or they can be tendered on a design and construct basis. 2020 Fire Protection can complete your fit out project via either of these routes as we employ Fire System Designers in addition to the project team and trades required to undertake the work.

2020 Fire Protection employs site personnel experienced in this type of work, keeping your site clean and tidy at all times.
